Portland - IndyCar and Gluten Free Food

 Lauren took me to Portland for a little getaway and to see the IndyCar race. Portland is one of the better tracks on the IndyCar schedule and, unlike F1, fans can get up close to the cars and even the drivers.  It was really a great experience.  

 We also explored the wide array of Gluten free food that Portland had to offer - nearly every kind of cuisine was on offer in this town.

Orlando with Family

 We took Ricky and the kids to Orlando while Covid was winding down a little bit.  We stayed at a Marriott resort with a lot of amazing things for the kids and went to some non-Disney parks while there.
